Costa Rican Food

Costa Rican cuisine offers a wide variety of choices, ranging from the fresh tropical fruits and vegetables to exquisite seafood and traditional dishes such as "gallo pinto" which is a mix of onions, rice, beans and chicken, also there is vigoron, a Nicaraguan dish which is a mix of cabbage, cassava, tomatoes and pork crackling.


In addition, if a visitor so desires, he or shy may try other cuisines, such as French, Italian, German, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, Mexican, U.S., and vegetarian all of which are well represented in the country.
